Photo | You will need to provide a current Passport size Photograph of yourself and proof of identity. |
VHF Operators Licence | On a successful completion of the course assessment, you will have to pay a fee, currently £70.00 to the RYA (Royal Yachting Association) for processing and supplying the VHF / SRC Radio Operators Licence, the RYA will post the Operators Licence to the address given by yourself on the day |

Course Information
A one-day course for anyone who owns or uses a fixed or hand-held marine VHF radio.
The Short Range Licence is the minimum qualification required by law to control
the operation of VHF and VHF Digital Selective Calling (DSC) equipment on any British
flagged vessel voluntarily fitted with a radio.
