This 1 Day Emergency First Aid at Work course at £125 in Southampton by Tec Rec Coaching follows the same HSE (Health and Safety Executive) syllabus as followed by St. John Ambulance, St Andrew's First Aid, British Red Cross - and we all issue the First Aid at Work Certificate.
At the bottom of this page is a Book and Pay facility, when you use it you will receive a receipt and course booking confirmation, all by email - 24/7
We are providing extensive individual specialist training equipment so
that all participants have 'hands on'

The Emergency First Aid at Work 1 Day (In Southampton by Tec Rec Coaching) is a comprehensive one day course that covers essential First Aid skills that meets the needs of smaller workplaces.

You will train with a full body Smart
Electronic Feedback Manikin and Training
Defibrillator.
Course Content.
Hands On!
Understand the role of the First Aider including reference to:
- the importance of preventing cross infection
- the need for recording incidents and actions
- use of available equipment
Assess the situation and circumstances in order to act safely, promptly and effectively in an emergency
Administer First Aid to a casualty who is unconscious (including seizure)
Administer cardiopulmonary resuscitation
Administer First Aid to a casualty who is choking
Administer First Aid to a casualty who is wounded and bleeding
Administer First Aid to a casualty who is suffering from shock
Provide appropriate First Aid for minor injuries - etc, etc.
