A RYA Action Plan is to be followed which is time specific, the candidate follows a course of further training to enable them to get to the level expected of a RYA Powerboat Instructor this could be from completing a Navigation theory course to assisting with delivery of a Powerboat Level 2 course probably at a RYA Training Centre familiar/not familiar to the candidate which is close to where they live - there should be no cost to assisting at another Centre, 3.
